The submenu [https://jirasatiamo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BM/pages/27787270](https://jirasatiamo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BM/pages/27787270) can be used to organize and steer your loading and unloading processes. With time window management, your logistics service providers (LSP) can book independently free loading and unloading time windows. Thereby, you can reduce peaks at the yard and ramps by spreading slots throughout the entire working day. Consequently, you can better plan and manage the warehouse personnel, staging, and operations in the yard.

> ℹ️ The time window management is connected with other ELOGATE menus and functions (e.g., transport orders, ELOTRACK), as well as the LSP portal. As a result, transport information such as license plate number, truck/trailer payload, driver name, phone number and proof of identity numbers (POI) can be provided by the LSP and will be visible in the time window management.
