General information about this menu item Map configuration dashboard Click on   on the lower left border of the screen, to display the cargomaps configuration. On the right side in the overview you can see a country map with all predefined information such as company location, warehouse location, location of the logistics service provider etc. On the left hand side you can see the configuration settings in the tab  . In the tab  you can define the colors for the respective user groups and logistics service providers. If you do not find some of the described features below or if you are not able to make settings, then the user rights are not activated or settings are only configurable by us. Contact the  ELOGATE-Support  to make some settings. Create new map configurations To create a new map configuration, click on   in the tab   in the column   or select   in the drop-down menu. Enter the desired name of the map configuration in the tab "General"   in the “Name” field. Optionally, you can enter a description of the map configuration in the “Description” field to provide the configuration with a better description. Optionally, you can define colors for the displaying or linewidth and opacity in the tab "Color"   . For this, activate the desired check boxes and choose the desired settings.  Switch to the tab  “Data Source" . Here you are able to choose the time frame of the data displayed. Therefore choose the desired data. The SQL-Code is shown in the "Sql" field. Click   an choose the desired data, to upload the desired database. Finally, click   to confirm your entry, or click   to return to the previous screen. Contact the  ELOGATE-Support  staff for the definition of the Excel database. Contact the  ELOGATE-Support  to define the SQL-Code as well as the excel data base. Display map configurations The previously created map configuration will be displayed on the left edge of the screen with the defined name and can now be further processed. In the column with the icon  , click the available button to activate or deactivate the map configuration. If the map configuration is activated, the flow of goods contained in the database will be graphically displayed. If the map configuration is deactivated, no map information will be displayed. Tip You can create as many map configurations as required and combine the flow of goods. For example you can superimpose procurement flows of goods and distribution flows of goods to see the transport-logistics synergies at a glance! Edit map configuration To edit map configurations, click in the “Actions” column on the icon   and make the required changes (see menu item  Create new map configurations ).  Delete map configuration If you want to delete map configurations, click in the “Actions” column on the drop-down menu and select  . Download map configurations as an Excel file If you want to download map configurations as Excel files, click in the “Actions” column on the drop-down menu and select  .
