Almost all data contained in ELOGATE can be included in a report. > ℹī¸ Please note that report generation and management can only be carried out by SATIAMO. The **[SERVICE DESK](https://jirasatiamo.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/22)** is available at any time for the creation and provision of a key figure report. # Generate report A report must be generated before a current report can be retrieved. To do so, click on the đŸ”Ŋ button next to the 📄 icon and select **Generate report **from the drop-down menu of the desired report. If the report was generated successfully, the last generation period is updated in the column **Last generated (on/at)**. # Download report If you want to download a report, first look at the last date of generation in the **Last generated (on/at)** column. If the last date of generation corresponds to the desired reporting period, you can download the report. To do so click on the 📄 button in the first column of the table or click on the đŸ”Ŋ button next to the 📄 icon and select **Download report **from the drop-down menu of the desired report. Follow the instructions of your operating system to further process the file.
