Change the number of rows If you want to change the number of displayed rows, click the drop-down menu in the middle of the table and select the desired number of rows. If the total number of rows exceeds the selected number of rows, multiple pages will be displayed. You can switch pages by clicking the respective page number of by clicking the left or right arrow icon next to the page number. Table view settings In the table view you have the possibility to display, hide or sort columns, to edit views, to activate or deactivate filters and furthermore to make and save specific filter settings. After activating the checkbox you can define, if you want to display the date or both the date and the time. Activate filter The filter is activated, if the button "On" under the name "Filter" in the section "Edit view" and the section "Filter" or "Edit filter view" is displayed. For the filter configuration follow the next point "Filter settings". Filter settings The filter settings depend on if the respective column is a text field, a number field or a date field. Text field In the case of a text field, either a value filter or a selection filter is used. For the value filter, the filter selection includes “Beginning”, “End” and “Everywhere”. Depending on the selection, your filter entry will be applied at the beginning of the text, at the end of the test or everywhere. In the case of a selection filter (e.g. country (loading point)), you can select between “Simple search” and “Multiple search”. With a simple search, you can only make one selection, for multiple searches multiple entries are possible. Activate the checkbox "Filter for empty values" in order to hide empty values in the filter and activate the checkbox "Case sensitive" in order to limit the search to case sensitive. Number field For the number filter, you can select between “greater than”, “less than”, “between”, or “equal to”. Date field In the case of a date field, the filter settings you can select are “greater than”, “less than”, “between”, or “equal to”. In addition, you can activate or deactivate the +/- days field. Activating this field makes it possible to add days before or after a certain time point (e.g. “-14 days” in order to display the last two weeks). In the following selection field you can select between “Now” and “Entry”. If you select “Now”, the current date is used and if you select “Entry” you must enter the desired date. After you have made your changes to the filter configurations, click “Save” to save the current view or “Save as” to name this view and then save it. You can also save table settings directly in the table view. To do so, click “Save view” in the drop-down menu next to the “Edit view” button. Filter use After saving the filter settings the table view will appear. You can now use the previously defined filters and make the necessary entries. You can also search for several search terms in the text fields, if you separate the entries by blanks (e.g. if you search for the last 3 numbers of several delivery numbers). Sorting Click on the arrow/s next to the displayed column name in order to sort the columns. You can choose between “no sorting” (ascending and descending arrow) , “ascending sorting.” (ascending arrow) and “descending sorting” (descending arrow).   Please note that column sorting always takes place from the left to the right. You can always perform sorting when the column is located all the way to the left or when all the columns located further to the left of the column to be sorted are not involved with sorting. You can change the arrangement of the columns through Drag & Drop as described in the Display/Hide column section. Delete view If you want to delete a view, click “Delete view” in the drop-down menu next to the “Edit view” button. Download view as Excel file If you want to download a view as an Excel file, click “Download as Excel file” in the drop-down menu next to the “Edit view” button 1.
