In the submenu **Templates**, you can create offer templates that are used as the basis for your tenders and freight prices, consequently.

> 📝 You can create as many individual offer templates as required which allows you to freely create offer templates for all means of transport.

## Create new template

If you want to use a template that has already been created, you can select from the predefined standard templates. If you want to create additional templates, please contact the [Service Desk](https://jirasatiamo.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/22/user/login?destination=portal%2F22).

> ℹ️ You can [https://jirasatiamo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BM/pages/27787332/Templates#Move-template](https://jirasatiamo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BM/pages/27787332/Templates#Move-template)s between user groups if you want the template to be valid for multiple user groups.

## Display template

If you want to display a template that has been created, click on the 🔎  icon in the submenu **Templates **or click on the 🔽 button next to the 🔎 icon and select **Display template** from the drop-down menu.

## Edit template

To edit a template, click on the 🔎  icon in the submenu **Templates **and once the template is displayed, click on the ✏️ **Edit **button in the top right-hand corner to edit the template. Optionally, click on the 🔽 button next to the 🔎 icon and select **Edit template** from the drop-down menu. Make the desired changes, as described in the [https://jirasatiamo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BM/pages/27787332/Templates#Create-new-template](https://jirasatiamo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BM/pages/27787332/Templates#Create-new-template) section, and then click on 💾 **Save** to confirm your entry, or click on the :cross_mark: **Cancel** button to return to the previous screen.

> ⚠️ If the template you want to edit is already used in a tender, you can **only **edit the content of the rows. **Never** **add** or **delete **any row in an used template, as this will destroy your existing and active tenders. As a result, tender offers are not displayed in [https://jirasatiamo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BM/pages/27787268](https://jirasatiamo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BM/pages/27787268) anymore!

## Delete template

If you want to delete a template, click on the 🔽 button next to the 🔎 icon and select **Delete template** from the drop-down menu. If you really want to delete the template, confirm the delete operation with 🗑️ **Yes, delete** or click on the :cross_mark: **Cancel** button to return to the previous screen.  

## Copy template

You can copy the created templates as many times as necessary. To do so, click on the 🔽 button next to the 🔎 icon and select **Copy template** from the drop-down menu. Confirm the copy operation with ✔️  **Yes, copy** or click on the :cross_mark: **Cancel** button to return to the previous screen. After you have copied the template, it will appear in the list with the prefix “Copy of.....”.     

> 📝 If templates are similar, it is recommended to copy the templates and then change them! In this way, not all templates have to be created from the beginning.

## Move template

If you have access to multiple user groups, it is possible to move the templates from one user group to another. In this way, you do not have to create new templates for all user groups. To move the template, first, create a copy of the desired template as described in the section [https://jirasatiamo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BM/pages/27787332/Templates#Copy-template](https://jirasatiamo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BM/pages/27787332/Templates#Copy-template). Now select the user group to which the template should be moved and confirm the move operation with ✔️  **Yes, move** or click on the :cross_mark: **Cancel** button to return to the previous screen. If you switch to the user group where you moved to the template, you will see the moved template in the [https://jirasatiamo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BM/pages/edit-v2/27787332](https://jirasatiamo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BM/pages/edit-v2/27787332) overview.    

> ℹ️ Templates can only be moved if you have access to the descendant user groups (rights dependent).
