General information about this menu item Create new delivery terms If you want to create new delivery terms, click   in the menu item  . Now enter the internal name, the names and the text of the delivery term. Finally, click   to confirm your entry, or click   to return to the previous screen. Tip You can create as many delivery terms as required and define the scope of the delivery terms on a modular basis. This makes the delivery terms clearer and the individual tenders can be added on a modular basis.      Example: Delivery term 1: Payment methods; Delivery term 2: Import customs clearance; Delivery term 3: Sea freight deliveries in a full container; etc. Show delivery term To display delivery terms, either click directly on   or select   in the drop-down menu. Now the internal name, the names and the text of the delivery term are displayed. All tenders that have been assigned these delivery terms will be displayed on the right side of the screen.     Edit delivery term If you want to edit an already created delivery term, either click   in display mode or select   in the drop-down menu. Make the desired changes and then click   to confirm your entry, or click   to return to the previous screen. Delivery terms can only be completely edited if they are not yet used in tenders. If you want to change the delivery terms that are already used for the tenders, create the new delivery terms and then replace the previous version. Delete delivery term If you want to delete a delivery term, click   in the drop-down menu. Confirm the operation by clicking   or return to the previous screen by clicking  .
