The IP Address of the sending System (CleverCure) The Environment name of the sending system ( CleverCure: PRODUCTION,DEVELOPEMENT,....) The Environment name of the receiving system ( Elogate: DEV, DEMO, STAGE, FEATURE1,APP) The Servicedesk will in return: Link the the given CleverCure-Id to the Orderergroup in Elogate. Create a user that is allowed to post from the IP Address and send you the email address you will need for posting. This will allow CleverCure to POST messages against the interfaces and allows Elogate to post against CleverCure.
